If you are not happy with your order you can return single items or your whole purchase within 14 days of reciept. All items returned must be in original condition. They should not be washed, worn or altered and the tags need to be attached.

Here is how it works

Step 1:Please click on “returns” under “account” and select the items you want to send back

Step 2: Contact your shipping partner (DHL for national, FedEx for international) and create a send your package back to us

Step 3: Once we have received and checked your package we will inform you and refund the amount to the payment method as used for the purchase


If you would like to repeal your contract of purchase, you might choose one of the following two options:

1. Repeal of purchase by way of return

Your repeal of purchase will automatically take effect if you return the items within 14 days as indicated above.

2. Repeal of purchase in written form or over the phone

You have 14 days after delivery to repeal your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an e-mail or over the phone. Once this is done, please return the items within 14 days.

If your style doesn’t fit and you need to get a different size you can also place an exchange. Please note that you can only exchange items that are in their original condition, without being worn, washed or altered and with the tags still on. It is also only possible to exchange the same item in a different size, we can not exchange them for a different colour or style.

Step 1: Please call our Customer Service Team to place your exchange and reserve your new desired size +49 163 9744258

Step 2: After everything is confirmed, you will recieve a return label for your package

Step 3: Once we recieved and checked the package we will send you your reserved item
